Internal Affairs

Divison of a law enforcement agency that investigates incidents and possible misconduct attributed to members of the force.

Ensign

Lowest rank of a commissioned officer in the US Navy, Marines, and Coast Guard.

Conduct Unbecoming

NIS

The civilian federal law enforcement agency uniquely responsible for investigating felony crime, preventing terrorism and protecting secrets for the Navy and Marines (NCIS).
