small lymphoblasts: scant cytoplasm, inconspicuous nucleoli
large lymphoblasts: prominent nucleoli, irregular nuclear membranes

CD34, TdT, HLA-DR
Common markers B-ALL
Pro-B: CD34, CD19, cytoplasmic CD22, TdT
Common B-ALL: CD10 added
Pre-B-ALL: cytoplasmic mu heavy chain, CD34 often negative
T-ALL common markers
CD2, CD3, CD4, CD5, CD7, CD8, TdT
