What is prose?
Prose: Ordinary written language with no meter or rhyme; organized in sentences. Ex: low comedy, bantering, cynical commentary.

Poetic language that includes meter and sometimes rhyme; organized in lines with a consistent number of syllables. Ex: songs, prologues, choruses, soliloquys.
What type of English does Shakespear write in? What does this mean?
Shakespear writes in Early Modern English, meaning that the way Shakespear spoke was in a transitional type of English meant to bridge the gap to a standardized English.
What is chastity? Why did women want to be chaste? What does it mean for men?
Chasitity refers to a woman’s honor and virtue; a woman who was faithful and refrained from sex was considered chaste. It was believed that a woman’s social, moral, and religious honor/virtue was based on such.
A man’s honor and virtue was not based on sexual intercourse, but rather on attitude and potentially violent action.
What is ‘high plot’
The ‘high plot’ is usually the ‘romantic’ plot with serious and funny characters. This usually includes the high-born, high-class, royalty.
What is ‘low plot’
The ‘low plot’ is usually the ‘bad guys’ and the ‘funny’ or ‘stupid’ characters. This usually includes the low-born, low-class, servants or peasants.
