What are the steps to making a Three-Point Turn?
Check traffic (look ahead, behind, blind spots)
Signal right & pull over
Signal left & turn across the road, stop before the curb
Shift to reverse, look over the shoulder, back up, turning right
Shift to drive & move forward into your lane
Single solid white lines
You may travel in the same direction on both sides of this line, but do not cross the line unless you must do so to avoid a hazard. Also use to discourage lane changes near intersections.
Double solid white lines
Crossing double solid lines/changing lanes is not allowed.
Single broken white line
You may cross the line to change lanes when it is safe to do so
