What is an EFT Payment?

A payment made online that transfers cash funds from one business to another.

What are Receipts?

Business document used to verify that cash has been received from an outside entity.

A document created by an EFTPOS terminal when a customer has paid by credit card, debit card, or gift card.

What are Invoices?

Document that shows the creation of a debit when a credit transaction has taken place.

What are Credit Notes?

A document that evidences a reduction in the amount owed by a customer.

What are Memos?

Evidence of internal transactions.

What is a Bank Statement?

Business document issued to credit customers, summarising transactions between the customers and the supplier.

What are Statements of Account?

Business document issued to credit customers, summarising transactions between the customers and the supplier.

What is a Purchase Order?

Business document that requests goods or services from a supplier.

What is a Delivery Docket?

Included with a parcel of goods when a delivery is made by a supplier as evidence that the goods have been delivered.

What is Shipping Confirmation?

Sent to the customer once an order has been placed and the goods have been dispatched by the supplier.
