Root: C5-6 posterior cord
Innervates: Deltoids, Teres Minor
Posterior Cord
Sensory: lower half of deltoid + upper half of biceps
Injury: Dislocation or Humerus Fracture
Radial Nerve
Roots: C5-8, T1 Posterior Cord
Innervates: Triceps, Anconeus, Brachioradialis, Extensor Digitorum Extensor Indicis, Extensor Carpi Radialis longus and brevis, Abductor Pollicis Longus, Extensor Carpi Ulnaris, Extensor Pollicis Brevis and Longus, Extensor Digit Minimi
Sensory: Lateral Dorsum of the hand, skin of the lower half of lateral side of arm
Injury: wrist drop, or radial tunnel syndrome, distal to lateral epicondyle

Sensory: Medial ½ of palm,
Injury: Cubital Tunnel Syndrome, Claw Hand, Guyons, cannot grip paper
Median Nerve
Roots: C5-8, T1 Medial and Lateral Cord
Innervates: Flexor Carpi Radialis, Pronator Quadratus, Flexor Carpi Digitorum Superficialis, Pronator Teres, Palmaris Longus, Flexor Pollicis Brevis and Longus, Abductor Pollicis Brevis, Lumbricals 1, 2
Sensory: Palm lateral 2/3, 1, 2 3rd finger
Injuries: Pronator Teres Syndrome, Carpal Tunnel (stuck under the flexor retinaculum) ape hand deformity
