As suffering is caused by evil, they are encouraged to work to conquer evil and show commitment to God.

It may end up causing them to doubt their faith and their trust in God because of the suffering in the world that he hasn’t stopped. He appears to be unloving.

It encourages Christians to behave and act as Jesus did because he is seen as the perfection of all God wants so if they follow his footsteps they will eventually go to heaven.

It means that Jesus had restored the world to the way that God wants it to be, his mission was complete, so Christians may work too look after the world to keep it that way.
