How do you know Cary Prior and Robbie Williams?

I have known them both since highschool. We all grew uo together.”

Were you with them on the night of July 20, 2023

Yes. We went to visit Sam who had just lost her grandmother. We all grew up togther and wanted to support her

Did you consume any alcohol that night?

No. I do not drink alcohol. I never have.

When the group played cards did you participate

No. Tony suggested playing euchre for shots of Patron, but I do not drink so I sat out. Cary and Robbie played.

When it was time to leave the party what happened

Cary handed me the keys to drive because Cary and Robbie had been drinking. I got into the driver's seat and started the vehicle.

Do you remember the drive that night?

 I remember getting into the driver's seat and starting the car. After that, I do not remember anything until I woke up in the hospital.

What injuries did you have when you woke up

 I had a bruise on my right shoulder and cuts on my left arm.

What did the doctors tell you caused those injuries

They told me the bruise on my right shoulder was from the seatbelt, and the cuts on my left arm were most likely from the airbag deploying.

Why are the injuries consistent with sitting in the passenger seat?

I’m not sure. I was in the driver’s seat, so I do not know how the injuries occurred. 

Would you ever have allowed Cary or Robbie to drive that night?

Absolutely not. They had both been drinking. There was no way I would let either of them behind the wheel. That is exactly why I drove.
