Formula Method (Dosage)

$A = \frac{D}{H} \times V$, where A is the Amount required, D is the Desired dosage, H is the available Dosage, and V is the Volume available.

Metrol Rule (Rounding)

Leading zeros must be placed before a decimal point ($0.2\,mg$ not $.2\,mg$) and no trailing zeros ($1\,mg$ not $1.0\,mg$) to prevent medication errors.

The four phases of pharmacokinetics: Absorption, Distribution, Metabolism (primarily liver), and Excretion (primarily kidneys).

ACE Inhibitors Suffix
