* Hydroxyurea - decrease pain and decrease need for transfusion
* Hydration - to expand circulatory volume and clear clumps
* 02 - to increase 02 carrying capacity
* Kids should get all vaccines to avoid illness which can exacerbate sickle cell crisis pain
