Employee Conduct
The manner in which individuals are expected to behave at work, which every employer expects to be professional.
Positive Attitude
A mindset that most often leads to positive results in a professional setting.
Professionalism
Having professional character, spirit, or methods.
Gratitude
The quality or feeling of being grateful or thankful.
Accountability
The state of being accountable, liable, or answerable.
EEOC Responsibility
Requiring employers to treat all workers with fairness.
Discriminatory
Characterized by or showing prejudicial treatment, especially as an indication of bias related to age, color, national origin, religion, sex, etc.
EEOC - Equal Employment Opportunity Commission
Responsible for enforcing federal laws that make it illegal to discriminate against a job applicant or an employee because of the person’s race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetic information.
Harassment
An act or instance of harassing; torment, vexation, or intimidation.
Bullying
To act the bully toward; habitually intimidate, abuse, or harass.
Responsibilities
The state or fact of being responsible, answerable, or accountable for something within one's power, control, or management.
Hazards
Something causing unavoidable danger, peril, risk, or difficulty.
Benefits
A payment or gift, as one made to help someone or given by an employer, an insurance company, or a public agency.
Trustworthy
When one is able to be relied on as honest or truthful.
Loyal
The giving or showing firm and constant support or allegiance to a person or institution.
Leadership skills
The strengths and abilities individuals demonstrate that help them oversee processes, guide initiatives, and steer their employees toward the achievement of goals.
Interpersonal skills
The ability to communicate, interact, and build relationships with others.
