Islam
The religion of the Muslims, a monotheistic faith regarded as revealed through Muhammad as the Prophet of Allah.
Tawhid
The Islamic belief that there is only one God who has no partners or equals.
Ummah
The worldwide community of Muslims united by their faith.
Zakat
A charitable practise in Islam, donating 2.5% of disposable wealth.
Salah
The Islamic practice of praying five times a day facing Makkah.
Qur'an
The holy book of Islam, believed to be the final revelation of Allah.
