A destructive routine of internal dialogue, such as calling oneself "hideous" or "stupid," that directly affects the quality of life.
Victim mindset
One of two mentalities, alongside a scarcity mindset, that the speaker describes as extremely detrimental to achieving success in any area of life.
Faith practice
A spiritual or religious routine used to ground an individual and provide the trust needed to surrender burdens to a higher power or source.
