The Four Last Things
According to the notes by Fr. Martin von Cochem, O.S.F.C., these are Death, Judgment, Hell, and Heaven.
Hebrews 9:27
"… it is appointed unto men once to die, and after this the judgment…"
Presumption of God's mercy
The first of the Six Sins Against the Holy Spirit.
Despair of salvation
The second of the Six Sins Against the Holy Spirit.
Impugning the known truth
The third of the Six Sins Against the Holy Spirit.
Envy at another's spiritual good
The fourth of the Six Sins Against the Holy Spirit.
Obstinacy in sin
The fifth of the Six Sins Against the Holy Spirit.
Final impenitence
The sixth of the Six Sins Against the Holy Spirit.
Spiritual Works of Mercy
A list of seven actions: Counsel the doubtful, Instruct the ignorant, Admonish the sinner, Comfort the sorrowful, Forgive all injuries, Bear wrongs patiently, and Pray for the living and the dead.
The Sorrowful Mysteries
Prayed on Tuesday & Friday, these include: The Agony of Jesus in the Garden, The Scourging of Jesus at the Pillar, The Crowning of Jesus with Thorns, The Carrying of the Cross, and The Crucifixion and Death of Jesus.
The Glorious Mysteries
Prayed on Wednesday & Sunday, these include: The Resurrection of Jesus, The Ascension of Jesus into Heaven, The Descent of the Holy Spirit at Pentecost, The Assumption of Mary into Heaven, and The Coronation of Our Lady in Heaven.
Humility
The virtue used to combat the sin of Pride.
Generosity
The virtue used to combat the sin of Greed.
Chastity
The virtue used to combat the sin of Lust.
Temperance
The virtue used to combat the sin of Gluttony.
Kindness
The virtue used to combat the sin of Envy.
Meekness
The virtue used to combat the sin of Anger.
Diligence
The virtue used to combat the sin of Sloth.
State of Grace
Having no mortal sin on your soul; the first step to receive the Eucharist worthily.
Eucharistic Fast
The observance of no food or drink (except water or medicine) for 1 hour before Communion.
Real Presence
The belief and acknowledgment that Jesus is truly present—Body, Blood, Soul, and Divinity.
Prepare Your Heart
The fourth step to receive the Eucharist worthily, involving prayer before Mass to ask Jesus to make your heart ready.
Receive Reverently
The final step to receive the Eucharist, approaching with faith and humility and responding "Amen".
Conditions for a Good Confession
Examination of conscience, Remorse for your sins, Resolve to not sin again, Tell the sins to the priest, and Complete your penance.
