The tank, sniper, and expert
Eagle Extremes
The Tank
attacks directly, tries to "run you over," and is completely closed to feedback. They are driven by a strong need to prove they are right and place a high value on confident aggressiveness.
The Sniper
Rather than attacking directly, this person attacks indirectly through tactics like nasty teasing. They believe they know what others should do, but they operate more "politically" than a Tank.
The Expert
peaks with absolute certainty. While they are generally right, they can be disastrously wrong because they stubbornly resist outside input. This stems from a belief that their own knowledge gives them control, making other people's ideas feel irrelevant.
The fake expert
Peacock Extreme
The Fake Expert
projects the same characteristics as "The Expert," but their behavior is actually driven by an underlying need for attention and appreciation. If they are confronted with actual facts, they will usually back down to avoid embarrassment.
The staller and super agreeable
Dove Extremes
The Staller
A highly indecisive person who simply cannot make up their mind. While they are often nice and pleasant, nothing actually gets done. They stall because they are seeking perfection and are deeply afraid of hurting or disappointing others.
The Super-Agreeable
An easy-going, eager-to-please individual who agrees with everything just so you will like them. Their behavior is rooted in a very strong desire for approval and a fear of being rejected.
The Complainer
Someone who insists that nothing will work, often shutting down ideas by saying things like "we already tried it". They tend to be angry and resentful because they fundamentally believe they have no control over what happens to them.
The Darkly Charismatic Leader
represents a leader whose natural charisma has "run amok" and become a severe weakness. They are egotistical, ruthless, and use their power strictly for personal gain. They stifle creativity and opposing viewpoints, are insensitive to others' needs, and show a total disregard for emotional intelligence.
The Workaholic
becomes entirely consumed by their professional role, losing the ability to detach. They constantly take work home and think about their job so obsessively that it interferes with their non-work life and personal identity.
