S.M.A.R.T Goals
Goals that are Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-Bound.
Subjective Data
Information provided by the patient, including their backstory and cultural background.
Objective Data
Observable and measurable data acquired through examinations, such as vital signs.
Assessment
The systematic process of data collection and documentation regarding patient status.
Analysis
The process of reviewing collected data to extract insights and understand clinical situations.
Implementation
The execution of the planned interventions based on analysis and assessment of data.
Evaluation
The process of assessing the response to interventions to determine if the goals were met.
