Creating a new patient profile

  1. Initiate New Patient: Select the Patient tab and click the Add New Patient button (often a green + sign) to open the profile screen.

  2. Enter Core Demographics: Fill in mandatory fields: Legal Last Name, First Name, Date of Birth (populates age), and Gender.

  3. Add Contact Information: Input the home address, phone number, and email address. Use the Contact Comment section for additional details.

  4. Enter Insurance: Navigate to the 3rd Party Apps section to input the insurance BIN, PCN, ID, Group Number, and set the plan as primary.

  5. Save Profile: Click Save to finalize the creation of the new patient record in the system
