Quickstep
faster paced jazz/swing music, it is a fast paced energetic, and joyful dancing involving quick steps and hops.
Samba
A popular Brazilian dance roots in African dance, featuring a unique bounce and in competition, fast, traveling movements.
Cha Cha Cha
originated in cuba in the 1950s as a slower version of mambo, it is a fun, rhythmic, and flirty dance known for its triple step action.
Rumba
