How do you set up a Photoshop file

Press new file. Then put the name of the project, after that change the measurements of the file to match what your doing. Change the resolution if needed

How do you export as a PNG

When your done go to file "save a copy" then once you get to the save page select "save as type" then find "PNG" click on it and press save
