Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)
Characterized by GI s/s
- Including constipation, diarrhea, gas, and bloating
- All in the absence of inflammation (called spastic colon)
Ascites
Abnormal accumulation of serous fluid in the peritoneal cavity
- Usually d/t liver disease
