If on short final and in a safe position to land, a full stop is permissible; otherwise climb to a safe altitude. If a bird penetrates the front windscreen FCP will give RCP a thumbs up to signal they are unhurt. Otherwise, RCP takes aircraft control and coordinates to land at the nearest facility with immediate medical assistance.

What is the standard for emergency ground egress?

The command is "EGRESS, EGRESS, EGRESS." If some condition prevents a normal egress to the left the call is "EGRESS RIGHT, EGRESS RIGHT, EGRESS RIGHT." The canopy should remain down and locks and both pilots should stay fully strapped in with mask up and visor down prior to initiating CFS.

Perform unusual attitude recovery as required. Transition to instruments and verbalize disorientation. Consider transfer of aircraft control if disorientation is incapacitating.
