Cervical Plexus
Innervates skin of neck, ear, back of head, and shoulders; also innervates neck muscles.
Phrenic Nerve
Supplies the diaphragm.
Brachial Plexus
Supplies the upper limb.
Lumbar Plexus
Gives rise to the femoral nerve (supplies thigh region) and obturator nerve (supplies adductor muscles).
Femoral Nerve
Supplies the thigh region; originates from the lumbar plexus.
Obturator Nerve
Supplies the adductor muscles; originates from the lumbar plexus.
Sacral Plexus
Supplies buttock, lower limb, pelvic structures, and perineum.
Sciatic Nerve
Supplies the posterior thigh; originates from the sacral plexus.
