Geography
the study of the physical features of the earth and its atmosphere, and of human activity as it affects and is affected by these, including the distribution of populations and resources, land use, and industries.
Landscape
part of Earth's surface that can be viewed at one time from one place. It consists of the geographic features that mark, or are characteristic of, a particular area.
Region
an area of land that has common features, can be defined by natural or artificial features
Human Geography
the branch of geography which studies spatial relationships between human communities, cultures, economies, and their interactions with the environment
Physical Geography
The scientific study of the natural features of the Earth's surface, especially in its current aspects, including land formation, climate, currents, and distribution of flora and fauna
Peninsula
a piece of land that is almost entirely surrounded by water but is connected to the mainland on one side
