Stage
The raised platform where performances take place in a theater or musical setting.
Comedy
A professional entertainment consisting of jokes and satirical sketches, intended to make an audience laugh.
Fair
A gathering held at a specified time and place for the sale of goods or for entertainment.
Harvest
The process or period of gathering in crops.
Premiere
The first performance of a musical or theatrical work or the first showing of a movie.
Exhibit
An object or collection of objects on public display in a museum or art gallery.
Display
A collection of objects arranged for public viewing; an exhibition.
Numismatic
Relating to or consisting of coins, paper currency, and medals.
Antique
A collectible object such as a piece of furniture or work of art that has a high value because of its considerable age.
Sculpture
The art of making two- or three-dimensional representative or abstract forms, especially by carving stone or wood or by casting metal or plaster.
Trade show
An exhibition organized so that companies in a specific industry can showcase and demonstrate their latest products and services.
Carpenter
A person who makes and repairs wooden objects and structures.
Plumber
A person who installs and repairs the pipes and fittings of water supply, sanitation, or heating systems.
Carnival
A period of public revelry at a regular time each year, typically involving processions, music, and dancing.
To star
To have a principal role in a movie, play, or other production.
Audience
The assembled spectators or listeners at a public event, such as a play, movie, concert, or meeting.
Amusement park
A large outdoor area with fairground rides, shows, and other entertainments.
Theatergoing
The act or habit of attending the theater.
Position
A post of employment; a job.
Vacancy
An unoccupied position or job that is available for someone to fill.
Recruit
To enroll (someone) as a member or worker in an organization or as a supporter of a cause.
To seek
To attempt to find or search for something, such as a job.
Employer
A person or organization that employs people.
Employee
A person employed for wages or salary, especially at non-executive level.
Interview
A meeting of people face to face, especially for consultation or for the assessment of a candidate for a job.
CV/Resume
A brief account of a person's education, qualifications, and previous experience, typically sent with a job application.
Part-time
Working or occurring for only part of the usual working day or week.
Full time
Occupying or using the whole of someone's available working time.
Salary
A fixed regular payment, typically paid on a monthly or annual basis but often expressed as an annual sum, made by an employer to an employee.
Wages
A fixed regular payment made by an employer to an employee, especially to a manual or unskilled worker, typically paid on a daily or weekly basis or based on work performed.
Income
Money received, especially on a regular basis, for work or through investments.
Unemployed
Without a job while being able to work and seeking work.
