Ceviche
A healthy dish from Perú containing fish (pescado), lettuce (lechuga), onion (cebolla), salt (sal), and cilantro.
Tortilla española
A large and delicious dish from España made with eggs (huevos), potatoes (patas), and onion (cebolla).
Salmorejo
A healthy and creamy dish from España that contains bread (pan), vegetables, garlic (ajo), oils (aceites), and tomatoes.
Gazpacho
A healthy soup from España very similar to salmorejo, but it does not contain bread (pan).
Jamón ibérico
A juicy food that the "che" says is healthy (saludable).
Croquetas
A creamy and flavorful food that requires a lot of milk because the dough (masa) is very "dificulte."
Paella
A dish from España that contains water (agua), "a ze from," rice (arroz), and poultry (aves).
Churros
A food from España consisting of fried bread (pan frito) with sugar (azúcar) and liquid chocolate.
