Primary sector

Stage that involves extraction of natural resources (e.g. fishing, mining etc.)

Secondary sector

Stage that involves using natural resources and turning them into manufactured goods. (e.g. Computers, pens, pencils etc)

Tertiary sector

Stage that involves providing the products to the public. (e.g. transport, banking etc.)

Trade unions protest for employee issues such as

Payment, Working conditions, Disputes with managers and Industrial action

Collective bargaining

is the process where employers and a group of employees negotiate employment terms, such as wages, hours, and working conditions, to reach a mutually satisfactory agreement.
