Sexual Harassment is
Unwelcome sexually orientated behavior that makes someone feel uncomfortable at work

sexual favors are a requirement or seem to be to go up at work
Hostile Work Environment is

Intersection of professional and personal interests
is your judgement or objectivity comprimised—or could a 3rd party could think its comprimised—by a relationship you have w an individual or organization

Bribes and Kickbacks: Accepting money or items of substantial value in exchange for giving someone favorable treatment.
Subtle Bribes : Use the rule of reciprocity: if you cannot afford to reciprocate the same kind of gift you should not accept it.
Influence: You should remove yourself from decision-making if it involves a friend or family member's business.
