1st day for constituency representative, second for fav party. Half seats is for the ones that won the first vote, second half is to fix it to be better proportional 

Political parties make list of fav candidates to least to get the extra seats.

Voters rank the representatives/parties 

If I party wins but others don’t have enough, last place is disqualified and the second/third choice voters of the losers voted for is added onto it and the extra votes the wining party may have had. This continues until Parties representatives are chosen.
