what can happen if you're in a crash and not wearing your seatbelt be specific

• you can be ejected from the vehicle you could be thrown against other passengers if you're steering wheel or your windshield,

• you could lose control the vehicle

what age are children required to be in a car seat? In a car seat or booster seat?

• under age 4; must be in a safety seat;

• age 4-5: must be in a safety seat or seat booster

if a law enforcement officers stops a vehicle in the front seat passenger (under the age of 18 years old) is not wearing a safety seatbelt who will be charged of the seatbelt violation
