Free
Contains no amount or trivial amounts of fat, saturated fat, cholesterol, sodium, sugars or Calories.
Low
5% or less of the Daily Value.
Good Source
10 to 19% of the Daily Value per serving for a particular nutrient
High (Excellent source, Rich in)
20% or more of the Daily Value per serving for a particular nutrient.
Reduced
Contains at least 25% less of a nutrient or energy than the regular product.
EAR (Estimate Average Requirements)
Estimated daily nutrient intake to meet the needs for 50% of healthy people.
RDA (Recommended Dietary Allowances)
Recommended nutrient intake level based on experimental data that will meet the needs of almost all (97-98%) of healthy people.
AI (Adequate Intake)
Recommended nutrient level used when an EAR or RDA cannot be established
UL (Tolerable Upper Intake Levels)
