Low temps=male
High temps=female
What is associated reproductive timing?
Male and females reach peak gonadal activity at the same time
What is dissociated reproductive timing?
Males and females reach peak gonadal activity at different times
What is continual reproductive timing?
Gonadal activity is always high
What is a mating aggregation?
A large group of reptiles (usually snakes) that come together to mate
What kind of parental care do reptiles provide?
They build nests that they often guard (Turtles don’t guard).

It often decreases incubation time and speeds up development
