Standard Form of a Quadratic Equation
The mathematical arrangement expressed as ax2+bx+c=0, where the equation is set equal to zero.
Roots

Zero
The value of x that makes a polynomial or binomial equal to zero; synonymous with "root."
Parabolas
The specific shape formed when quadratic equations are graphed on an xy axis.
Zero Factor Theorem
A mathematical rule stating that if a and b are real numbers such that a×b=0, then either a=0, b=0, or both are zero.
Mathematics
Described as the "language of science" and a tool for studying God's creation.
