A live and interactive virtual meeting solution that supports screen sharing and phone conferencing for dispersed participants.
ICANN
The organization responsible for managing domain names to ensure each one is unique and used only by authorized individuals or organizations.
Social tagging
An efficient way to categorize and share information links with a team by collectively classifying helpful resources.
Webinar
A Web-based meeting format used for live lectures or training sessions where there is typically no opportunity for the audience to ask questions.

A term describing collaborative Web usage, including wikis, social media sites, and shared photo platforms.
Deep URL
A URL that includes a path to a specific page within a website rather than just the domain name.
Worm
A type of malicious software that has the ability to replicate by itself without requiring user action.
Virus
A type of computer program that requires user action, such as opening an email attachment, to replicate and spread.
