schedule I

schedule III
although these drugs have a lower abuse potential than those in schedules I and II, there is still a possibility of developing mild to moderate physical and psychological dependence. Examples include anabolic steroids and certain opioids that are combined in a limited dosage with other drugs

these drugs have a lower potential for abuse than schedule III drugs, with only a limited possibility of physical dependence, psychological dependence, or both. Examples include ambien, ativan, darvocet, and tramadol
