Aerophagia

the excessive swallowing of air while eating or drinking and is a common cause of gas in the stomach.

Dyspepsia

indigestion, is pain or discomfort during the digestion process.

Emesis

vomiting, is the reflex ejection of the stomach contents outward through the mouth.

Eructation

the act of belching or raising gas orally from the stomach.

Hematemesis

the vomiting of coagulated blood. The substance that is vomited often resembles coffee grounds.

Hyperemesis

extreme, persistent vomiting that can cause dehydration. During the early stages of pregnancy, this is known as morning sickness.

Nausea

the urge to vomit.

Regurgitation

the return of swallowed food into the mouth..
