Levene test

compares the variance of the dependent variable across the lvls of the independent variable

• used for t-test and ANOVA

• you’re looking to fail to reject the null (equal variance)

rejecting and failing to rejecting the null hypothesis

if p-value is less than or equal to 0.05 you reject the null

if p-value is above 0.05 you fail to reject the null

Levens test statistical significance

p ≤ 0.05 → statistically significant

p > 0.05 → not statistically significant

Tukey HSD

After a one-way ANOVA shows a statistically significant difference among three or more groups.
