Bad traffic

Crowd covers road

Inside the car

Doors do not move

Dad is grumpy

Do not understand point of protest yet

First chant

Stuck

Brother is hungry

Deafening noise becomes more rhythmic

Elderly couple, young family comparison

Unity

Different kind of crowd

Another chant

Compare unity to crowds at the footy

Dad does not approve

Stepping out

Subconsciously open the door

Feel the passion in the air

Become aware of standing out in the crowd

Within the crowd

Conversation with a man in the crowd

Does not respond to the call and answer yet

Understanding

Protests are about perspective

Negative in the car

Disruption is the whole point

“if nothing changes, everything stays the same”

Joining in

Complete the call and answer

Feels awkward at first, then feels amazing

Perspective

Inside the car its an inconvenience/ something in the way

Outside its a statement

Look back at the car, Dad is still angry

Everything will go back to normal, but it won’t be the same
