Aorta
The large artery that is the main source of blood supply to the body, giving rise to all other arteries.
Pulmonary Trunk
The artery that carries deoxygenated blood from the right ventricle to the lungs.
Coronary Arteries
The first branches of the aorta that supply blood to the heart muscle.
Brachiocephalic Trunk
The major artery that branches off the aortic arch and supplies blood to the right arm and head.
Internal Carotid Arteries
Arteries that supply blood to the brain, arising from the common carotid arteries.
Hepatic Portal System
A system of veins that directs blood from the digestive organs to the liver for processing.
Renal Portal System
