Currently I attend Sam Houston State University and I am majoring in Business Finance and I will be graduating in the Fall of 2021. I also currently work at Starbucks so I have great experience with customer service and retail.
What is the most important thing to you as a retail employee, when working with customers?
Making sure the customer is happy by meeting the customer needs, helping them with any questions thmay may have or etc

-Sherwin-Williams is a global leader in the manufacturing, development, distribution, and sales of paint coatings and related products to professional, industrial commercial, and retail customers.
-Sherwin-Williams operates primarily in North and South America and Europe.
-Henry Sherwin and Edward Williams founded Sherwin-Williams in 1866.
-Their head office is in Cleveland Ohio.
On March 20, 2016, Sherwin-Williams announced the acquisition of Valspar for approximately $9 billion
-Sherwin williams slogan is "cover the earth"
-I also know that the company has an outstanding reputation for promoting from within its organization and offers quite a few opportunities for upward mobility and personal growth.
Why do you want to work at Sherwin Williams?
-Sherwin-Williams Company is an American Fortune 500 company in the paint and coating manufacturing industry
-I want to truly work with a company where I can grow and have upward mobility
-And SW offer great benefits
-Sherwin Williams has a really high retention rate and reputation for promoting from within its own organization
How would you define excellent customer service?
-The staff is knowledgeable about the products they sell and can answer any of the customer's questions
-The customer is not waiting a long time to cash out
How would you deal with an upset customer?
-Listen and let the customer vent.
-Show the customer you care.
-Don't blame the customer or the company.
-Try to solve the problem or find someone who can.
-Don't make promises you can't keep.
-Finally, it is important not to take it personally. If you get upset you will take it on future customers
Give me an example of when you've had a bad experience with a customer. How did you react and managed the situation?
How would you react in the situation where a customer comes to the counter and says their paint is bubbling as it dries?
I hope that I would have the knowledge to give them a straight answer and help them with the situation myself, but If I had to deal with something like that today, I ask what product they were using and what they were trying to paint.. I'd take that information to my manager and have them help us resolve the issue.

-Honestly, I met/connected with the HR manager April Tyson at my College virtual career fair and she explained the opportunity about the internship program
