What is Hauora
It is a wholistic view of health and wellbeing that reflects the interconnectedness of a person’s life
What is Te Whare Tapa Wha
It is a model that depicts Maori health and wellbeing according to Hauora. The model is tied to the Marae in which there are four aspects of health and each one correlates with a wall of the marae. Was created by Maori health expert Mason Durie.

What is Te Pae Mahutonga
It is a Māori health model named after the Southern Cross Constellation with each star being associated with a core aspect of health. Was developed in 1999 by Mason Durie

Cultural identity, participation in society, healthy lifestyle, physical environment, leadership, autonomy
