Health Psychology

Personality Factors
Enduring characteristics and behavior patterns
Type A Personality
Competitive, impatient, and more prone to stress
Type B Personality
Easy-going, relaxed, and less prone to stress
Eustress

Stress resulting from the blocking of goal-directed behavior
