Dawns Draught
Ingredients: 1 1/2 oz Breckenridge Gin, 1 oz Decc, 1/2 oz Hibiscus syrup, 1 oz lime juice, dashes fee foam. Shaken, served in hi-ball over big ice cube. Garnish: skewered rolled up lime twist, “B” stamped big cube.
Southern Nectar
Ingredients: 1 1/2 oz Suerte Blanco, 3/4 oz St Germain, 3/4 oz Creme de Violette, 1 oz lemon juice, 1/4 oz Honey Simple, 4 dashes Fee Foam. Shaken, strained into martini glass. Garnish: 2 skewered blackberries with flower.
Smokey Mines
Ingredients: 1 1/2 oz Del Maguey Mezcal, 1 oz Amaretto, 1/2 oz Sours. Shaken, served in snifter with sphere ice. Garnish: skewered rolled up lemon twist with 2 brandy cherries.
Orange Delight
Ingredients: 1 oz Woodinville Bourbon, 1 oz Cointreau, 1/2 oz Dark Crème de Cacao, splash cream. Built in glass with “B” stamped big cube. Garnish: lemon twist, chocolate coin.
Chocolate Martini (Dark)
Ingredients: 1 1/2 oz Stoli Vanilla, 1 oz crème de cacao, 1 oz Merlet liquor, splash cream. Shaken, strained into martini glass.
Chocolate Martini (White)
Ingredients: 1 1/2 oz Stoli Van Vodka, 1 oz white crème de cacao, 1 oz Mozart white choc. Shaken, strained into martini glass. Garnish: light chocolate drizzle with chocolate coin.
Irish Coffee
Ingredients: 1 1/2 oz Bushmills Whiskey, 1 oz brown simple, coffee. Garnish: fresh whipped cream, chocolate coin, “B” stick.
Colorado Gold Rush
Ingredients: 1 1/2 oz Suerte Blanco, 1 oz Aperol, 1/2 oz peach liquor, 1 1/2 oz sours. Shaken, served in signature glass. Garnish: dehydrated lemon wheel w/ mint sprig.
Colorado Sunset
Ingredients: 1 1/2 oz Ron Zacapa rum, 1 oz Cointreau, 1 1/2 oz strawberry, 3/4 oz lemon juice, splash Luxardo (1/2 oz). Shaken, poured into signature cocktail glass. Garnish: 2 bamboo leaves, dehydrated pineapple, 3 skewered brandy cherries.
Au Revoir Sidecar
Ingredients: 1 1/2 oz Courvoisier VS, 1 oz Cointreau, 1 1/2 oz sour mix. Shaken, served in martini glass. Garnish: sugar rim, dehydrated orange wheel.
Improved Whiskey Cocktail
Ingredients: 2 oz 291 Rye, 3 dashes Peychaud’s, 3 dashes orange bitters, 3/4 oz Luxardo, 1 bar spoon absinthe. Served in hi-ball w/ big ice. Garnish: skewered lemon twist with “B” stamped big cube.
French Seduction
Ingredients: 2 oz Grey Goose, 1 oz St. Germain, 1/2 oz Lillet Blanc. Shaken, served in a coupe glass. Garnish: 2 rose buds, orange peel spritz.
Man Of The Boulevard
Ingredients: 1 1/2 oz Breckenridge Bourbon, 1/2 oz Aperol, 1/2 oz Averna Amaro, 1/2 oz Honey syrup, 1 dash orange bitters. Stirred, strained into coupe, spritz orange peel. Garnish: skewered orange peel.
Zero Proof Jalapeno Cocktail
Ingredients: 2 oz cucumber slices, 5 mint leaves, splash jalapeño simple. Muddled, served with crushed ice in signature cocktail glass, topped with soda. Garnish: cucumber slice with mint sprig.
YO NO Cosmo
Ingredients: 1 1/2 oz Pom Juice, 1 1/2 oz Cranberry Juice, squeezed lime wedge. Shaken, strained into martini glass topped with sprite. Garnish: orange wedge.
Rocky Mountain Elixir
Ingredients: 1 1/2 oz Hibiscus syrup, 1 1/2 oz Pineapple juice, 1/2 oz sours. Built in signature cocktail glass with crushed ice topped with soda water. Garnish: 1 bamboo leaf with dehydrated hibiscus leaves.
