Nucleus
Acts as a control centre for the cell during synthesis.
Nucleus Position (Plant Cell)
The position of the nucleus is at the periphery of the cell.
Nucleus Position (Animal Cell)
The nucleus is centrally placed.
Sap Vacuole (Plant Cell)
This is very large, covering the largest part of the cell.
Sap Vacuole (Animal Cell)
Has no sap vacuole.
Chloroplasts (Plant Cell)
Most plant cells have chloroplasts.
Chloroplasts (Animal Cell)
All animal cells lack chloroplasts.
Cell Wall (Plant Cell)
Has cell wall.
Cell Wall (Animal Cell)
Has no cell wall.
Size of Cell (Plant Cell)
Relatively larger in size.
Size of Cell (Animal Cell)
Relatively smaller in size.
Cytoplasm (Plant Cell)
Pushed by the sap vacuole towards the periphery.
Cytoplasm (Animal Cell)
Occupies most space.
