Attorney Client Privilege Rule
One need not disclose information if all six requirements are met: (1) communication (2) that is confidential (3) from or to attorney (4) to or from client (5) for legitimate purpose (6) for which privilege not waived.

Were the declarations kept confidential?
Trigger: doc. Had a passcode, WPD, etc.)
Client Rule
Client is anyone who reasonably believes s/he is client of the attorney.
Legitimate Purpose Rule
Communication is for legitimate purpose if undertaken for any legitimate reason, such as seeking legal advice, and not for purpose of committing crime/fraud.
No Waiver
Look at facts
