Amendment 21 repealed the 18th amendment, which was prohibition, and it gave states control over what age their drinking age is. the federal government cannot set these rules, but they can greatly try to affect it by changing funding.

It said that a president can’t be elected more than twice, and if someone comes into office to replace a president, they are allowed to run two more times as long as they don’t replace the president for over 2 years.
