8oz. of quinoa, wild rice, red winter wheat, red and yellow peppers, golden raisins, corn, basil, dried cranberries, Honey Citrus Vinaigrette
Baby Back Ribs
18-20oz. full rack of domestic Danish style baby back pork ribs, slow roasted overnight.
Brushed with homemade BBQ sauce and finished on the hardwood grill.
Served with 5oz. of french fries, 8oz. of blue cheese coleslaw, and a bone bowl.
Atlantic Ahi Tuna Steak
8oz. of block cut tuna dipped in soy sauce, seasoned with tuna spice, and seared rare.
Served with a 3oz. side of Citrus Soy Sauce (Tamari soy sauce, lemon juice, and orange juice)
Served with quinoa salad and wasabi.
Slow Roasted Prime Rib
A 14, 18, or 22oz portion, slow roasted in our alto sham to medium rare, sliced to order.

Polynesian Ribeye
12oz. ribeye marinated for 4 days (pineapple juice, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, cider vinegar, worcestershire sauce, brown sugar) and hardwood grilled.
Brushed with soy glaze and served with 10oz. of mashed potatoes.
"Hand Cut" New York Strip
14oz. hand cut strip, seasoned with steak and burger seasoning, and hardwood grilled.
Finished with herb butter

Barrel Cut Filet Mignon
8oz. center cut filet, seasoned with steak and burger seasoning and hardwood grilled.

Carrot cake made with pineapple, coconut, and pecans.

Graham cracker crusted white chocolate cheesecake placed atop a raspberry coulis.
