Sinus Rhythm
A normal heart rhythm originated from the sinus node.

Sinus Bradycardia
A sinus rhythm with a heart rate of 54bpm.
Sinus Tachycardia
A sinus rhythm with a heart rate of 138bpm.
Sinus Arrhythmia
An irregular sinus rhythm with a heart rate of 78bpm.
Sinus Exit Block
A condition characterized by a heart rate of 48bpm where the sinus impulse is blocked from reaching the atria.
Sinus Arrest
A failure of the sinus node to initiate an impulse, recorded at a heart rate of 54bpm.
NSR with PAC
Normal Sinus Rhythm with Premature Atrial Contractions.
SVT
Supraventricular Tachycardia, recorded with a heart rate of 180bpm.
Atrial Fibrillation
A common type of supraventricular tachyarrhythmia.
Atrial Flutter
A type of rhythm characterized by an abnormal atrial circuit causing a rapid flutter.
Paced Atrial
A heart rhythm where the atria are being stimulated by an artificial pacemaker.
NSR with 1° AVB
Normal Sinus Rhythm with First-degree Atrioventricular Block.
2° AVB Type I
Second-degree Atrioventricular Block Type I (Wenckebach).
2° AVB Type II
Second-degree Atrioventricular Block Type II (Mobitz II).
2° AVB 2:1
Second-degree Atrioventricular Block with a 2 to 1 conduction ratio.
3° AV Block
Third-degree Atrioventricular Block (Complete Heart Block).
NSR with PJC
Normal Sinus Rhythm with Premature Junctional Contractions at a heart rate of 84bpm.
Junctional Rhythm
A heart rhythm originating from the atrioventricular junction with a heart rate of 48bpm.
Accel Junctional
Accelerated Junctional rhythm with a heart rate of 82bpm.
Junctional Tachy
Junctional Tachycardia characterized by a heart rate of 186bpm.
Wandering Pacemaker
A rhythm where the pacemaker site shifts between the SA node, atria, and/or AV node.
NSR with PVC
Normal Sinus Rhythm with Premature Ventricular Contractions at a heart rate of 68bpm.
Idioventricular
A ventricular rhythm with an inherent heart rate of 36bpm.
Accelerated IVR
Accelerated Idioventricular Rhythm with a heart rate of 84bpm.
VTach
Ventricular Tachycardia.
VFib
Ventricular Fibrillation with a heart rate of 0bpm.
Paced Ventricular
A heart rhythm where the ventricles are being stimulated by an artificial pacemaker at a rate of 80bpm.
