15 hours, with at least 3 hours in the area of professional responsibility. (Rule 45(a)(1) & (a)(2))

What happens if a member fails to complete the CLE requirements by the June 30 deadline?

They may be subject to a delinquent compliance fee and possible suspension if not rectified by September 15. (Rule 45(d))

Are CLE compliance records confidential?

Yes, CLE compliance records are confidential and treated similarly to bar disciplinary proceedings, except as necessary for board duties or at the request of the member. (Rule 45(j))
