fall > 3ft or 5 stairs
Axial load to the head
High speed motor vehicle collisions
hit by bus or large truck
Motorized/ATV recreational vehicles collision
Bicyclist struck or collison
= or > 65 years incl falls from standing height
DO not apply SMR when
No spine tenderness
No neurologic S+S
No Altered LOC
No evidence of intoxication
Mo distracting injiry
No Anatomic deformity of the spine
