Negligent Homicide (13-1102)
Causing the death of another person by criminal negligence (failing to perceive a massive, unjustifiable risk).
Manslaughter (13-1103)
Causing death recklessly, or in the heat of passion during a sudden quarrel.
Second Degree Murder (13-1104)
Intentionally or knowingly causing death without premeditation.
First Degree Murder (13-1105)
Intentionally or knowingly causing death with premeditation (planning it), or during a major felony (Felony Murder).
Endangerment (13-1201)
Recklessly exposing someone to a substantial risk of imminent death or physical injury.
Threatening or Intimidating (13-1202)
Threatening to cause physical injury or property damage by word or gesture.
Assault (13-1203)
Intentionally causing physical injury, placing someone in fear of injury, or touching someone to insult/provoke them.
Aggravated Assault (13-1204)
Assault plus an aggravating factor: using a weapon, causing serious injury, or committing it against a police officer/medic/teacher.
Unlawful Imprisonment (13-1303)
Knowingly restraining another person without legal authority.
Criminal Trespass 3rd Degree (13-1502)
Knowingly entering or remaining unlawfully on any real property (like an open commercial lot after being trespassed).

Knowingly entering or remaining unlawfully in a non-residential structure or a fenced yard.
Criminal Trespass 1st Degree (13-1504)
Knowingly entering or remaining unlawfully in a residential structure (home) or a fenced residential yard.
Burglary 3rd Degree (13-1506)
Entering or remaining unlawfully in a non-residential structure or fenced commercial yard with intent to commit a theft or felony.
Burglary 2nd Degree (13-1507)
Entering or remaining unlawfully in a residential structure (home) with intent to commit a theft or felony.
Burglary 1st Degree (13-1508)
Committing 2nd or 3rd-degree burglary while knowingly possessing a deadly weapon or explosives.
Criminal Damage (13-1602)
Recklessly defacing, damaging, tampering with, or destroying someone else's property.
Theft (13-1802)
Controling property of another without lawful authority, with the intent to permanently deprive them of it.
Shoplifting (13-1805)
Knowingly taking goods from a commercial establishment while open for business, without paying.
Robbery (13-1902)
In the course of taking property from another person, using or threatening the immediate use of physical force.
Armed Robbery (13-1904)
Committing robbery while armed with a deadly weapon, a simulated deadly weapon, or threatening its use.
Resisting Arrest (13-2508)
Intentionally preventing a peace officer from making an arrest by using physical force or substantial risk of physical injury.
Disorderly Conduct (13-2904)
With intent to disturb the peace: fighting, making unreasonable noise, using offensive language, or recklessly displaying a weapon.
Domestic Violence (13-3601)
Not a standalone charge; a statutory relationship tag (marriage, dating, child in common, roommates) added to specific offenses like assault or criminal damage.
